Call screening

  • All calls that will be routed to the customer number using this service will be filtered according to a list provided by the subscriber. Calls from the numbers included in this list will be routed to the subscriber.
  • Calls from numbers that are not on the list will be redirected to an independent call pick-up center. The agent who receives the call will validate the purpose of the call before communicating with the subscriber to forward that call and then validate whether that caller can be allowed to call later.
  • Unwanted numbers, such as solicitations or fraud attempts, may be blacklisted and redirected to a message stating that the person requested does not want to receive the call.
