  Call Screening

Call screening service for a customer who subscribes to this service works in 3 ways:

  • All calls that will be routed to the customer number using this service will be filtered according to a list of phone numbers that will be provided
    by the subscriber. Calls from numbers included in this list will be routed to the subscriber.
  • Calls from numbers that are not in the list will be forwarded to an independent call center. The agent who will receive the call will validate the purpose of the call before contacting the subscriber to route that call and then validating if that caller can be allowed to call later.
  • Inopportune numbers, such as solicitations or fraud attempts, may be blacklisted and will be redirected to a message stating that the
    requested party does not wish to receive the call.
